Dmitry and Tatiana Khoroshevy decorated the house near the Pokrovskoe-Rubtsovo estate near Moscow, filling it with antiques and modern furniture.

The first floor is occupied by a large hall, a living room, a winter garden, a dining room, a kitchen and utility rooms, and the second is the master's chambers. Dmitry says: "Formally, there are all the attributes of a classic interior, but they are slightly revised." For example, an unusual stucco on the ceiling in the bedroom is made based on the pattern on the bedspread. 

Visually, the office stands out among all the rooms in the house, it is the most “English”. Here the customer spends a lot of time: working, resting, listening to music and drinking whiskey, so he paid special attention to the design of his personal space. The upper part of the walls was covered with checkered wallpaper, and the lower one was covered with wooden panels, some of which hide cabinets and multimedia systems.

The winter garden, on the other hand, looks very modern. Here is a minimalist, carefully thought-out finish of neutral tones: oak on the walls, travertine on the floor with brass inserts. All in order not to be distracted from the main thing - plants that are both inside and outside. 

Dmitry explains: “There is a panoramic window in the winter garden and there are no curtains, the idea was that in summer the green outside the window would act like a diorama”.An unusual two-sided fireplace, resembling an aquarium, is built into the wall between the winter garden and the living room, and an unusual object hangs opposite.
